First up: Excuses!
So yeah: Been tired and angry as the last two weeks, passing the time by playing Spelunky and Soul Sacrifice alongside my friend Silv.
As for stuff that came out? We have...
- Spelunky HD -
On the PC finally, as my last journal gives away.
- The Wonderful 101 -
Ever since it was first announced as Project P-100, I was 100% onboard the hype train. Then the demo came out, I got 2 playthroughs in, and then I got home to a broken Gamepad. It took until 5 days after it's actual release before I got a Gamepad back to play it. Luckily it is MORE than worth it. Everything I'd hoped for and MORE.
- Splinter Cell Blacklist -
Decided to pick this up to see what direction the series was going to turn after Conviction. It's a little more on-track than the last, but still not enough STEALTH. Also no Michael Ironside (AKA Sam Fisher) is just as big a deal as people make it out to be. Particularly noticable when he contacts his daughter and they sound the same age.
- Spelunky HD -
AGAIN. But this time on Vita. PORTABLE SPELUNKY. LIFE RUINED.
- Rayman Legends -
After the 7-Month kick in the balls that the Ubisoft suits decided fans deserved, it is finally here, and feels great. Looks great, sounds great, PLAYS great. Waiting for some mutual free time with Noaksey so we can get some co-op going on.
- Next Week -
We have Rayman Legends Vita (or to me: Singleplayer Mode) and the unbelievable looking Killzone: Mercenary. Maybe it'll be something that can battle my Shooter Fatigue?
Then nothing til October 4th for one of my favourite Zelda games in HD. (and also Pokémon I guess)
And quickly, thoughts on some other stuff that happened:
Phil Fish cancels Fez 2 - Unacceptable behavior from the other guy, but Fish needs to get himself sorted out and try not to dish out shit if he can't take it, bipolar or not.
Nintendo 2DS - I have no idea who this is for, or why it was made. None of the decisions make any sense and it is a ridiculous design to boot.
Dualshock 4 Has Audio Output Via Headphone Jack - FUCK YES. Though it'll sound like crap.
Rolf Harris - Well... shit.
- I actually started something last week or so, but I was using my Motion tablet and the memory would've crapped out trying to get it to a decent size.
- My Wii U Gamepad got damaged about 2 weeks back, and after a lot of hot and cold rage, it's £85 replacement is finally in my hands so I can try and catch up with the games that came out.
- Due to the above, I've spent a long time waiting nearby doors for parcels from particularly flaky couriers. (The kind who like to just drop "You Weren't In" cards through the door regardless)
- Kitted out my PC with some new fans, a new headset and a much beefier graphics card.
- A couple of Long Time Coming games just came out!

Thanks and Apologies
Heya gang!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes, you guys and gals are the greatest. <3
Was away in New Zealand during it so there was pretty much zero internet to access without buying it.
And now for an apology for not being around for like 8 months. Medical stuff knocked me out for a few months and then just started catching up with things I wasn't able to do.
An theres still one more operation to go to fix an incisional hernia from the last one! Once thats out of the way I can settle back in to some normalcy and put something on here again for people to (hopefully) enjoy.
Til then, go play DOOM or something. =D

QUICK UPDATE
Still alive and kicking! =D
Had some pretty serious medical stuff happen at the end of EGX and then spent the rest of October convalescing.
Long story short: Most people come back from a convention with con flu, I came back with Crohn's Disease and a chunk of me cut out...
But dammit I missed out on any Halloween artwork. D=

PS: NYEH HEH HEH!!
New Playable Submission - La-Mulana Xaos Mod
Finally got my La-Mulana thinger all finished! Go download it now, even if you don't own the game! =D
Sorry I've not updated in ages. Really no excuse, just been playing games and being lazy inbetween work shifts.
Will give recommendations for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate if you have a 3DS, same goes for Majora's Mask 3D. (One of the best Zelda games out there)
On the PC side of things, I recommend Besiege and Catacomb Kids, and One Finger Death Punch which I just got round to actually trying out.
I'll keep you guys posted. Really should at least be typing up a Journal even without artwork.
I can just gush about the things keeping me away f
COMMISSIONS + Discussion
After a brief exchange between me and DanSyron (https://www.deviantart.com/dansyron), I ended up making a Crypt of the NecroDancer for his wonderfully music-based Syron the Fox.
He thought I'd be able to set these up as something people could commission, alongside my other avatars. (This list will grow as I get the time to put ideas down)
Now, I'd love to set these up for purchase via dA Points, but currently there's a few reasons why that isn't feasible:
1) Each of these takes time to customise and animate, so the minimum price would be a fiver (£5 = $8~ right now)
2) Conversely they would have to be 768 dA Points each to take into account both the 80:1 conversion

I can only play the old free Spelunky and I never get pass the jungle-y temple place and it's usually me falling onto spikes or accidentally stealing items from the shop
